STC Bank Championship Special Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the STC Bank Championship (“Championship”) for each customer (“Participant”) who participates in the game available through STC Bank app (“STC Bank Championship”), which enables Participants to play by answering questions and accumulating points in exchange for rewards (“Rewards”), which will be credited to their current accounts held with STC Bank based on their ranking on the leaderboard (“Leaderboard”).

By participating, the Participant agrees to these STC Bank Championship Terms and Conditions, and such participation shall constitute acceptance thereof.

1. Participation

• To participate in STC Bank Championship, the Participant must have an active current account with STC Bank.
• Participants compete by answering daily questions and collecting points. Points are awarded based on the accuracy and speed of the correct answer. Accordingly, participant rankings, reward criteria, and the terms and conditions governing the Rewards shall be determined by STC Bank.
• STC Bank shall not be liable for any incomplete participation entries, entries that are not properly associated with a Participant, or entries that cannot be read, are invalid, incorrectly directed, lost, delayed, or incapable of delivery/receipt due to technical malfunctions, transmission failures, or any other reason whatsoever.
• Rewards shall be awarded in accordance with STC Bank Championship Terms and Conditions. Any participation that does not comply with STC Bank Championship Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid. STC Bank reserves the right to amend STC Bank Championship Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation may require the Participant’s name to be publicly displayed on the Leaderboard during STC Bank Championship period. If STC Bank is unable to verify the Participant’s identity due to account settings, or if the Participant’s name is incorrect, inaccurate, or does not match STC Bank’s records, the participation shall be deemed invalid and excluded from consideration.
• Winning Participants will be notified through the app, SMS, or any other method deemed appropriate by the Bank.
• STC Bank reserves the right to select the winning participants based on the eligibility criteria specified in the publications of STC Bank Championship and as outlined in the provisions of STC Bank.
• If the winning participant's account is frozen or inactive, STC Bank reserves the right to award the prize to another participant and withdraw the prize from the initial winner.
• By participating in STC Bank Championship, participants agree to allow STC Bank to display their names on the leaderboard and relevant platforms, and to use their names for promotional and operational purposes related to STC Bank Championship. The Privacy Policy and its provisions constitute an integral part of the terms and conditions of STC Bank.
• STC Bank reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to immediately exclude, disqualify, or suspend any participant without prior notice or incurring any liability whatsoever.

2- Rewards
Without prejudice to the terms and conditions of STC Bank Championship, eligible participants will be qualified to win the following rewards starting from June 11 until July 19, 2026:

Daily rewards for the Leaderboard:

• First Place: ⃁ 500
• Second Place: ⃁ 250
• From Third Place up to Eighth Place: ⃁ 100
• From Ninth Place up to Eighteenth Place: ⃁ 75
• From Nineteenth Place up to Fiftieth Place: ⃁ 50

3- General Conditions

• STC Bank Championship will be available for the specified duration at the sole discretion of the Bank.
• In the event of any dispute, the participant's entitlement to the reward shall be subject to the sole evaluation and discretion of STC Bank. The Bank's decision shall be final, and no further correspondence or communications will be accepted.
• STC Bank Championship is provided to participants on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and errors, and without any warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law. STC Bank, its affiliates, its licensors, the licensors of its affiliates, and the respective service providers of the Bank and its affiliates, disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, in connection with STC Bank Championship.
• STC Bank shall not be held liable for any loss of points resulting from connectivity issues, internet disruptions, or device performance problems on the participant's end that may affect their participation in STC Bank Championship.
• STC Bank, its executives, directors, employees, agents, or successors shall not incur any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment sustained by any participant as a result of participating in STC Bank Championship, or accepting or using the reward; or for any damage or injury caused to the personal property of the participant or any third party, including but not limited to computers, mobile phones, or devices, resulting from or arising out of the participation in STC Bank Championship or downloading any materials related to STC Bank Championship.
• STC Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend STC Bank Championship at any time.
• The content of STC Bank Championship provided by STC Bank, including all features and functionalities therein, constitutes the exclusive proprietary property developed by STC Bank and shall remain as such. It may not be utilized without the prior written consent of the Bank.
• The use of STC Bank trademarks is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Bank.
• The provisions and terms of STC Bank Championship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Arabic and English texts of STC Bank Championship terms, the Arabic text shall prevail.
