- Your ID expires? Your account freezes. We'll give you a 90-day heads up, but after that, it's frozen until you update.
- No transactions for 24 months? Your account goes dormant.
- Open an account but don't deposit anything for 90 days? It'll be automatically closed.

- Lost your card? Freeze it instantly in the app or call us right away.

- Always ensure that your bank transfers are directed to entities or people you trust and for legitimate and known purposes.
- Always ensure that the sources of your income are legal and avoid illicit financial transactions.
- The bank has the right to freeze the account or restrict any amounts in it if the bank suspects that the amounts result from financial fraud.
- The account holder bears responsibility before the competent authorities for the money deposited in his account, whether he deposited it personally or others deposited it with or without his knowledge.
- You must inform the bank immediately of any money received into your account that does not belong to you or whose source you do not know.
- If the bank receives any illegal money, you are not entitled to recover or compensate.
- Make sure to direct your charitable contributions to organizations that hold an official license.
- Avoid making any financial transaction on your bank account on behalf of anyone else.
