0% fees and free cash withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• The 0% fees on international transactions apply to the transactions made through POS, excluding purchases at international online stores and local transactions.
• International purchases can be used with no minimum or maximum transaction amount.
• Free cash withdrawal applies to international ATMs only during the campaign period.

This 0% fee campaign is valid from 17 May to 31 August 2026.

Travel Voucher Campaign Terms & Conditions:

• The top 10 customers with the highest total spending of the week on international transactions will win a travel voucher worth⃁ 10,000 per customer daily during the campaign period from Almatar app. The total number of vouchers is 100 for 100 customers. 
• The campaign applies to international transactions through POS and online stores, excluding cash withdrawals and top-ups to e-wallets or accounts.
• Winners will be contacted to collect their travel vouchers within 30 business days after the campaign ends.
• Each customer is eligible to win the prize only once.
• If the spending amounts are equal, priority in payment will be counted among customers to qualify for the prize.
• Eligible transactions are calculated based on the transaction execution time in the STC Bank system.
• The winners will receive the travel voucher via SMS sent to the mobile number registered with the bank.
• Travel vouchers can only be redeemed through Al Matar app by adding the voucher number to the winner’s wallet account in their app to be used for flights and hotel reservations.
• To redeem the voucher, it must be added to Al Matar app before 31/12/2027. Once added, the voucher will remain valid with no expiration date.
• Weekly spending will be calculated based on the campaign week, which starts on Thursday and ends next Thursday.
• The voucher amount cannot be replaced with cash under any circumstances.
• The STC Bank shall not be involved in any dispute that may arise between the customer and Almatar.
• STC Bank and Almatar terms and conditions apply.

This travel voucher campaign is valid from 25 June to 3 September 2026

 General Terms & Conditions:

• This campaign applies to STC Bank Visa cards only, digital and physical, with all categories (Classic, Platinum, and Signature), and doesn’t apply to the credit cards.
• This campaign applies to international purchases made using STC Bank Visa cards via e-wallets such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and others.
• This campaign doesn’t apply to refunds or reversals made during the campaign period. STC Bank reserves the right to exclude these transactions or deduct prize amount in the event of reverse transactions later.
• STC Bank reserves the right to announce the names of the winners on its accounts and platforms.
• STC Bank reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time.
