Real Madrid Vs. Barcelona El Clásico

1.    At the end of the campaign, the top 10 customers with the highest total eligible spending (Domestic & International) during the campaign period will be selected as winners. 

2.    Each winning customer will receive one ticket to attend the El Clásico LaLiga match in Spain Real Madrid & Barcelona  in Barcelona city , Spain.

3.    The campaign is applicable to eligible STC Bank Credit Card and payment Card customers.

4.    The campaign applies to eligible spend which includes all transactions made using STC Bank VISA credit cards & VISA payment card done through POS and online stores, excluding cash withdrawals, SADAD & SARIE payments and top-ups to e-wallets or accounts.

5.    Winners will be contacted to complete the required arrangements for receiving their match tickets within 5 business days after the end of the campaign.
6.    The customer will be granted a grace period of 3 days from the date of notification to accept and confirm the booking and if they don't confirm, they will be excluded and the next highest-spending customer will be chosen according to the campaign criteria.

7.    In the event of a tie in total spending amounts, priority will be determined based on the timing of the eligible transaction.

8.    To be eligible for the prize, the winning customer must hold a valid Schengen visa that permits entry into Spain during the scheduled travel and match dates. If the winning customer does not hold a valid Schengen visa, the customer will be disqualified, and eligible customers will be selected as the winner, in accordance with the campaign criteria.

9.    Prize Packages
El Clásico Experience Package: 
The package includes: 
•    One (1) round-trip Business Class flight ticket from KSA to Barcelona Spain.
•    Three (3) nights’ accommodation at a 5-star hotel, including breakfast.
•    Airport transfers upon arrival and departure.
•    Camp Nou Stadium transfers on match day.
•    Tickets to attend the designated El Clásico match. 
•    Travel date: 24 October 2026
•    Return date: 27 October 2026

10.    Eligible transactions and their timing will be determined based on the transaction processing time recorded in the STC Bank system.

11.    The tickets awarded to winners are valid only for the El Clásico match specified under the campaign and are subject to the match schedule and ticket availability.

12.    Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into any other product.

13.    The prize does not include any additional expenses unless explicitly stated.

14.    This offer doesn’t apply to refunds or reversals made during the offer period. STC Bank reserves the right to exclude these transactions from the eligible spend calculations.
